Skills are visible on a CV, but our job is to interpret them in relation to what the company and the world need right now. We identify where skills are still relevant and where they might already be outdated. We don't look at skills in isolation, but as part of the company's direction, market movement, and the significance of the task.
Naturally, skill requirements always have their limitations, while potential is almost limitless. It's difficult to describe or put into words; you have to see it. It's the ability to grow, to question, to take responsibility before it’s officially given.
