These terms and conditions apply to digital live webinars purchased from the online store of Töölön Vire & Voima Oy (hereinafter ”Service Provider”).

2. Service Description and Delivery

The products sold in the online store are live webinars.

Webinar content, schedule, and duration vary by product and are listed on each webinar's presentation page.

Delivery method: After successful payment, the customer will receive an order confirmation via email. A link to the live broadcast and any participation instructions will be sent to the email address provided by the customer before the webinar begins. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of their email address.

3. Prices and Payment

The current value-added tax rate of 25.5% will be added to product prices. The service provider reserves the right to change prices.

Trustly (online banking payments)
Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
Klarna

4. Right of withdrawal and withdrawal conditions

Since this is a leisure service or digital live broadcast to be provided at a specific time, the following conditions apply:

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (Chapter 6, Section 16), leisure services provided at a specific time, such as live webinars, do not have the general 14-day right of withdrawal.

The delivery of digital content is considered to have begun when the live broadcast starts.

Cancellations must be made in writing via email at least 7 days (1 week) prior to the start of the webinar for a full refund (any payment processor fees may be deducted). If a cancellation is made less than 7 days before the event, or if the customer does not attend, no refund will be issued.

In this case, the customer has the right to transfer their spot to another person by informing the Service Provider before the webinar begins.

If the Service Provider has to cancel a webinar (e.g., due to illness), the customer will be fully refunded or offered a replacement date.

5. Technical Implementation and Responsibility

The customer is responsible for the equipment, software, and internet connection required to participate in the webinar.

The service provider is not responsible for disruptions caused by the customer's hardware or telecommunications connections.

If the webinar is interrupted or prevented due to a technical reason attributable to the Service Provider, the Service Provider shall primarily arrange a replacement broadcast or secondarily refund the participation fee.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All material presented in the webinar is protected by copyright.

The customer has the right to use the material only for their own personal use.

Recording, copying, or distributing the webinar to third parties without written permission is strictly prohibited.
