You enjoy understanding how systems work, solving problems and seeing your designs perform in real-world applications.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

– Test, troubleshoot, integrate and commission hardware and system modifications.
– Investigate technical issues and implement improvements based on customer needs.

– Collaborate with customers, engineering specialists and manufacturing teams to bring solutions into use.

What Makes You a Great Fit

– A relevant higher education degree in Electrical, Electronics or Automation Engineering, or a related field.
– Approximately 3–5 years of electrical and/or electronics hardware design experience, using professional electrical or electronic schematic design tools (e.g. PADS, Xpedition or EPLAN) and developing system-level electrical interfaces. More experienced applicants are also welcome.
– Hands-on experience with production testing systems through testing, integration, maintenance or troubleshooting.
– Practical experience with electrical measurements, test instruments and systematic hardware troubleshooting.
– Familiarity with relevant design standards, electrical safety, technical documentation and design revisions.
– An independent, adaptable and hands-on working style, strong collaboration skills and good English communication skills.

Additional Experience We Value

– Electronic circuit and PCB schematic design.
– Hardware design for production testing systems.
– Industrial automation and control systems.
– NI LabVIEW, NI TestStand, Python, C#, C/C++ or related technologies.
– Finnish language skills.
