CSI Composite Solutions and Innovations Oy is a Finnish pioneer in composite technology, designing and manufacturing demanding composite solutions for international industrial clients. The company's solutions are utilized in environments with high requirements – ranging from industrial applications to satellite technology, and solutions for the defense and security sectors.

Founded in 2006, CSI has grown consistently and profitably: over the past decade, revenue has multiplied sevenfold, and the company has achieved ten consecutive profitable financial statements despite challenging market years.

CSI is building on its strong foundation for its next phase of growth, and we are now looking for

CEO

to lead the company's operational entirety into the next growth phase.

In this role, the focus is not on active sales or acquiring new customers, but on practically enabling growth. Owners and the board will continue to focus on strategy, business area development, marketing, finance, and building new opportunities. The future CEO's task will be to ensure that the company's production, processes, operating models, and organization smoothly and efficiently support the realization of growth.

• Managing organizational daily life amidst growth

At the same time, the CEO plays an important role in the upcoming implementation of the ISO 9001 quality system and the development of operating models.

What do we expect from you

• I have experience as a CEO.
• Screens for managing production business in a growth phase
• experience in Lean thinking, process development, and operational development

• practical leadership approach and the ability to lead people through trust

We appreciate experience from, for example, manufacturing, machine shop, or other operationally demanding environments.

The assignment is located in Jämsä / Halli area, and the role requires a strong presence in the company's daily operations.
