kW-set Oy is a company specializing in backup power systems. We work in cooperation with major European manufacturers and are, among other things, the importer of Cummins backup power units and diesel generators. Our product range covers industrial-class diesel generators in power output classes from 11 kVA to 3750 kVA, and higher outputs are also possible with parallel installations.

We are also an authorized and certified partner of Legrand. Our product range includes UPS backup power systems, busbars, and transformers, among others.

Thanks to our extensive network of suppliers, we can offer our clients cost-effective and reliable solutions for ensuring the power supply of critical infrastructure. Our solutions are utilized in data centers, hospitals, and industry, among other places.

We are now looking for Marketing Coordinator to strengthen the practical implementation of our marketing and to support the growth of the kW set in Finland and the Nordic countries.

In this role, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager and Sales. You will be responsible for the operational execution of marketing, the maintenance and development of marketing channels, and the coordination of various marketing activities. This is a hands-on, in-house role where your work will be directly visible in the business and daily operations.

The tasks will include the following areas, among others:

Digital marketing

• Implementation and development of paid advertising (LinkedIn, Google, Meta, Microsoft)
• Social media operations and content creation
• Search Engine Visibility and Website Development
• Marketing Performance Tracking and Optimization

Marketing automation and content

• Newsletter Implementation and Marketing Automation
• Content refinement for various channels
• Marketing materials management and coordination
• Website content maintenance

Events and collaboration

• Practical coordination of fairs and events
• Collaboration with sales and external partners
• Maintaining a shared understanding between marketing and sales

Success in the task requires

• Experience in digital B2B marketing
• Understanding of paid advertising and marketing channels
• Ability to work systematically and on one's own initiative
• Good cooperation and interaction skills
• Ability to produce clear and high-quality content in Finnish and English
• Interest in developing marketing and utilizing new ways of working
• Want to leverage artificial intelligence and new technologies to support marketing
• WordPress expertise or willingness to learn how to use the system

For education, we consider

• Experience in marketing automation
• Understanding SEO basics
• Visual and graphic skills
• Knowledge of the technical B2B environment
